We process your personal data under the following legal bases, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 16). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Results are visible to you in your “My Results” dashboard and to site administrators for service quality purposes. They are never shared with third parties or displayed publicly.
Thank you for considering a gift to Redeem Service. Your contribution helps us continue our spiritual resources, community outreach, and media ministry.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe may share your name, email, donation amount, and last 4 digits of your card solely for record-keeping. All card details are encrypted and are not stored on our website. See Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Our site uses WooCommerce to manage user accounts and donation records. When you register or make a donation, WooCommerce may store: your name, email address, order/donation history, saved payment method tokens (not your actual card number — only a secure token provided by Stripe), and billing address if you provide one. You can view and manage this data from your account dashboard under Orders, Payment Methods, Addresses, and Account Details.
If you opt in, your first name, last name, and email are transferred to Mailchimp solely for newsletter delivery. See Section 9.
When you leave a comment we collect your name, email, comment text, IP address, and browser user agent for spam prevention. Your email may be sent as an anonymised hash to Gravatar to retrieve a profile picture — see automattic.com/privacy. After approval your profile picture may appear next to your comment.
We use Google Analytics and Jetpack by WordPress to understand how visitors use our site. These services may collect anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
We share limited data only where operationally necessary:
Note: if you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the system-generated reset email.
